Moody's: Atalian view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on La Financiere Atalian SA's ratings to positive from stable.

At the same time, Moody's has affirmed Atalian's B2 corporate family rating and B2-PD probability of default rating, as well as the B3 rating on the group's €250 million senior unsecured notes maturing in 2020.

"The change of outlook to positive on Atalian's B2 ratings is driven by the improving EBITDA of the group, mainly related to greater-than-anticipated benefits derived from the French tax-credit program (CICE), which we expect to result in a faster deleveraging path, despite the continued challenging operating environment in its home market," Moody's lead analyst for Atalian Knut Slatten said in a news release.
