New Issue: France's Atalian sells upsized €250 million seven-year notes at par to yield 7¼%

Portland, Ore., Jan. 10 - France's La Financiere Atalian SA priced an upsized €250 million issue of seven-year senior notes (B3/B/) at par to yield 7¼% on Thursday, according to market sources.

The yield printed at the tight end of the 7¼% to 7½% yield talk.

Credit Suisse Group AG will bill and deliver.

Credit Suisse, Credit Agricole SA and Societe Generale SA managed the deal.

The commercial services and supplies company plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
