By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Jan. 9 - France's La Financiere Atalian SA talked its €235 million offering of seven-year senior notes (B3) to yield 7¼% to 7½%, a market source said on Wednesday.

The deal is set to price on Thursday.

Credit Agricole SA, Societe Generale SA and Credit Suisse Group AG are managing the notes offering.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

The commercial services and supplies company plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
