Lafarge Cement sets redemption price for its 10¾% bonds due 2013

Minneapolis, Dec. 27 - Lafarge Cement UK Ltd. plans to redeem all of its outstanding 10¾% bonds due 2013, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The bonds, which were originally issued in the amount of £150 million, will be redeemed on Jan. 2.

The bonds will be redeemed at £5,458.93 per £5,000 principal amount.

Lafarge manufactures and sells building materials comprising cement, aggregates and concrete, asphalt and plasterboards primarily in the United Kingdom.
