S&P affirms Laclede

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its A corporate credit rating on Laclede Group Inc. and subsidiary Laclede Gas Co.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the affirmation incorporates its expectation of financial performance that is appropriate for the current rating and minimal changes to the company's current business mix.

The stable outlook on Laclede reflects S&P's expectations of continued gradual improvement in financial metrics despite limited customer growth.
