LabCorp's zero-coupon notes now convertible through June 29

New York, April 2 - Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings announced that holders may convert their zero-coupon convertible subordinated notes due 2021 until the close of business on June 29.
The 0% notes were also convertible in the four most recent calendar quarters through March 30.
The company said it will pay cash for the accreted principal amount and stock for any remaining amount.
The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and conversion agent.
Burlington, N.C.-based LabCorp develops diagnostic technologies through genomic testing.
