LabCorp says 0% notes convertible for another quarter through March

Chicago, Jan. 3 - Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings said holders may convert their zero-coupon convertible subordinated notes due 2021 for another calendar quarter through 5 p.m. ET on March 30.

The 0% notes were also convertible in the most recent three calendar quarters through Dec. 30.

The company said it will pay cash for the accreted principal amount and stock for any remaining amount.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and conversion agent.

Burlington, N.C.-based LabCorp develops diagnostic technologies through genomic testing.
