LabCorp says zero-coupon notes remain convertible for another quarter

Chicago, Oct. 6 - Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings said holders may continue to convert their zero-coupon convertible subordinated notes due 2021 until 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 30.

The 0% notes were also convertible in the most recent two calendar quarters through Sept. 30.

The company said it will pay cash for the accreted principal amount and stock for any remaining amount.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and conversion agent.

Burlington, N.C.-based LabCorp develops diagnostic technologies through genomic testing.
