LabCorp's 0% convertible subordinated notes due 2021 are convertible

Cleveland, Oct. 4 - Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings' zero-coupon convertible subordinated notes due 2021 are convertible for the quarter until 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 31, the company announced.

If the zero-coupon convertibles are converted, the company will pay cash for the accreted principal amount and stock for the remaining amount, if any.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and conversion agent.

Burlington, N.C.-based LabCorp develops diagnostic technologies through genomic testing.
