Longview Asset Management cuts stake in LabCorp to 4.96%

New York, Jan. 23 - Investors led by Longview Asset Management, LLC sold shares of Laboratory Corp. of America between Oct. 1 and Jan. 21 priced from $57.9708 to $69.4382 each, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Longview and its affiliates now beneficially own 5,357,355 shares, or 4.96%, of the Burlington, N.C.-based company, down from 5,783,216 shares, or 5.2%, reported in October.

LabCorp develops diagnostic technologies through genomic testing.
