Longview Asset Management sells 704,592 shares of LabCorp

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 14 - Investors led by Longview Asset Management, LLC sold 704,592 shares of Laboratory Corp. of America between Sept. 29 and Oct. 1 priced from $68.8165 to $69.4382 each, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Longview and its affiliates beneficially own 5,783,216 shares, or 5.2%, of the Burlington, N.C.-based company.

LabCorp develops diagnostic technologies through genomic testing.
