China's KWG Property plans offering of dollar-denominated notes

New York, Jan. 6 - China's KWG Property Holding Ltd. announced plans for an international offering of dollar-denominated senior notes.

According to a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the issue is conditioned on market conditions.

The company expects Citigroup, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS to be the bookrunners.

The proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and finance existing and new projects.

KWG Property is a developer based in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
