China's KWG Property revives plans for dollar perpetual notes

Atlanta, Jan. 29 - China's KWG Property Holding Ltd. has revived plans for a dollar-denominated issue of perpetual notes. Bookrunners are Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ICBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS, according to a company filing.

Proceeds from the Regulation S deal will be used to refinance existing debt and finance existing and new projects.

KWG Property is a developer based in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
