Fitch affirms Kwara

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the Kwara's long-term foreign- and local-currency ratings at B+ and national long-term rating at AA-(nga).

The outlook is stable.

Kwara's ratings reflect continued good operating performance as well as the state's growing budgetary rigidity amidst shrinking investment spending, slow growing internally generated revenues and weak socio-economic indicators by international standards, the agency said.
