Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 24 – Amyris, Inc. said it has arranged a $50 million two-year common stock purchase agreement with Nomis Bay Ltd.
Reedland Capital Partners is the agent.
Emeryville, Calif.-based Amyris is a maker of renewable chemicals and fuels.
