New Issue: Kuwait Projects adds $125 million to 2016 notes

New York, April 13 - Kuwait Projects Co. (Cayman) added $125 million to its notes due 2016 (BBB-).

This brings the total size of the issue to $350 million.

On April 7, the company sold $225 million of five-year notes at 99.795 with a coupon of Libor plus 90 basis points.

The issue came off the company's $2 billion euro medium term note program.

The add on was led by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
