Kipco's planned benchmark dollar notes due 2020 whispered at 9½% yield

Atlanta, July 7 - Kuwait Projects Co.'s planned dollar-denominated benchmark-sized offering of notes due 2020 (expected ratings Baa2/BBB-) is being whispered at a 9½% yield, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas, Citi and HSBC are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
