Madison, Wis., Aug. 17 - Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd. announced that its subsidiary, Konsortium Abass Sdn. Bhd., issued RM 138 million of sukuk on Friday.
The Islamic securities will mature on Aug. 17, 2021.
Proceeds will be used to refinance Abass' existing financing facilities.
Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor is an investment holding and property development company based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Konsortium Abass specializes in water treatment.
