Moody's: AmWINS CFR, PDR at B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 corporate family rating and a B2 probability of default rating to AmWINS Group, Inc. based on the company's proposed recapitalization.

AmWINS is partnering with private equity firm New Mountain Capital in a recapitalization valued at roughly $1.3 billion, the agency said.
