South Korea's KT Corp. to sell $200 million 10-year notes

New York, April 25 - KT Corp. plans to sell $200 million of 10-year notes (A3), according to a market source.
Merrill Lynch and UBS are the lead managers for the offering.
KT Corp., based in Sungam, Korea, provides telecommunication services.
In July, the issuer priced an upsized offering of $400 million 10-year notes 98.086 to yield 98 basis points over Treasuries.
