New Issue: South Korea’s KT Corp. prices $400 million 2˝% notes due 2026 at 110 bps spread

Atlanta, June 13 – KT Corp. sold $400 million 2˝% 10-year notes (expected ratings: Baa1/A-/A-) at 99.229 to yield Treasuries plus 110 basis points on Tuesday, a market source said.
BNP Paribas, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and Nomura Securities were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
KT Corp. is a Seongnam, Korea-based telecommunications provider.
