Korea's KT Corp. markets $300 million 10-year bonds in Asia, Europe, United States

New York, July 6 - KT Corp. started roadshows Wednesday in Singapore and Los Angeles for a $300 million offering of 10-year bonds (A3/A-), according to a market source.

The roadshows will next move to Hong Kong and Boston on Thursday, followed by stops in London and New York on Friday, and will wrap up in New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia on the following Monday.

Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and UBS are lead managers for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of senior fixed-rate notes.

KT Corp., based in Sungam, Korea, provides telecommunication services.
