New Issue: Korea's KT settles 530 billion won of unsecured notes in three tranches

Chicago, June 2 - KT Corp. said it issued 530 billion won of unsecured notes at par in three tranches on Thursday.

The company sold 100 billion won of 4.37% notes due May 28, 2012, 170 billion won of 5.06% notes due May 28, 2014 and 260 billion won of 5.24% notes due May 28, 2016.

Daewoo Securities Co. Ltd. and KB Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. are underwriters.

KT is a telecommunications provider based in Seongnam, South Korea.
