Chicago, Aug. 11 - KT Corp. said it issued KRW 100 billion of 6.49% notes due Aug. 6, 2013 and KRW 100 billion of 6.62% notes due Aug. 6, 2018.
Woori Investment and Securities Co. Ltd. is the underwriter.
Interest will be payable quarterly.
Settlement was Aug. 6.
KT Corp. is a Seongnam, Korea-based telecommunications provider.
