New Issue: Korea's KT Corp. sells $200 million five-year notes at Treasuries plus 72 bps

New York, April 3 - KT Corp. sold $200 million five-year notes (A3/A-) at 99.374 to yield Treasuries plus 72 basis points, according to a market source.

Citigroup and Goldman Sachs were the lead managers for the Regulation S offering.

KT Corp., based in Sungam, Korea, is a fixed-line and internet service provider.
