New Issue: South Korea’s KT prices $300 million 1 3/8% notes due 2027

Buffalo, N.Y., July 21 – KT Corp. priced $300 million 1 3/8% notes due Jan. 21, 2027 (A3//A), according to a listing notice on Wednesday.

The lead managers and bookrunners are BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and Credit Agricole CIB.

Proceeds, according to Moody’s Investors Service, will be used to refinance debt.

KT is a Seongnam, Korea-based telecommunications provider.
