New Issue: South Korea’s KT prices $400 million 1% five-year notes

Los Angeles, Sept. 1 – KT Corp. issued $400 million of 1% notes due 2025 (A-/A) on Tuesday, according to a notice.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners.

Formerly Korea Telecom, KT is a state-owned telecommunications company based in Seongnam, South Korea.
