K's Media to raise $5 million in private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., April 25 - K's Media announced it plans a $5 million private placement to help implement its KTV project.

The placement is expected to be finalized shortly.

Beijing, China-based K's Media specializes in media and advertising, targeting premium brand advertisers by placing their commercials in KTV night clubs in China.
