K Sera Sera considers equity linked instruments

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 28 - K Sera Sera Productions Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue equity linked instruments at a board of directors meeting on Aug. 29.

The film production company is based in Mumbai, India.
