Moody's assigns K+S notes Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa2 rating to €500 million 2022 notes to be issued by K+S AG.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the rating assigned to the new notes reflects its pari passu ranking with the existing unsubordinated unsecured obligations of the issuer.

The notes benefit from the negative pledge provision with respect to all capital market indebtedness of the group and from a change of control put option, the agency added.
