Germany’s K+S intends to redeem 2.625% notes on Jan. 6

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 14 – K+S AG will redeem all outstanding €396,385,000 2.625% notes (ISIN: XS1591416679) on Jan. 6, according to a notice.

The redemption will be at par plus accrued interest of €19.78 per note, which is the short last coupon.

The original issue was €625 million.

The issuer is a supplier of mineral products for the agriculture, industry, consumer, and community sectors with headquarters in Kassel, Germany.
