By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, April 20 – Krystal Co. obtained a further interim court order allowing it to access the cash collateral of its pre-bankruptcy lenders, according to an order filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

The final hearing is scheduled for April 30.

The order allows the company to access the cash collateral until the earlier of May 3 and occurrence of a termination date.

The cash collateral will be used to fund Krystal’s operations while in bankruptcy.

Krystal is a Dunwoody, Ga.-based chain restaurant operator. The company filed bankruptcy on Jan. 19 under Chapter 11 case number 20-61065.
