Kronos Worldwide to prepay $338.6 million term loan via note proceeds

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 1 – Kronos Worldwide Inc. plans to use the proceeds of a new note offering to prepay in full its existing $338.6 million term loan and repay all amounts outstanding under its North American revolving credit facility.

The company will use any remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Kronos is a Dallas-based producer of value-added titanium dioxide pigments.
