Moody's: Kronos unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said Kronos Worldwide Inc.'s plan to upsize its proposed term loan B due 2020 to $350 million from $275 million does not impact the firm's Ba3 corporate family rating, the B1 rating on the proposed term loan B or the stable outlook.
