Moody's affirms Kronos, notes

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the B2 ratings on Kronos International Inc.'s 8 7/8% senior secured notes due 2009, B1 senior implied rating and B2 issuer rating.

Moody's said the ratings of Kronos reflect product concentration in titanium dioxide pigments (TiO2), which is a cyclical commodity product affected by economic conditions.

Moody's said it believes that in the intermediate-term industry supply is being managed to better match global demand.
