New Issue: Kronos prices €90 million add-on to 8 7/8% notes at 107 to yield 6.136%

St. Louis, Nov. 18 - Kronos International, Inc. priced a €90 million add-on to its 8 7/8% senior secured notes due June 30, 2009 at 107 on Thursday to yield 6.136%, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank Securities was the bookrunner for the Rule 144A/Regulation S add-on.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The original €285 million issue priced at par on June 19, 2002.

The issuer, a subsidiary of Kronos Worldwide, Inc., conducts parent NL Industries' European titanium dioxide pigments operations, and is headquartered in Germany.
