Most recently, Warshauer was the president and a member of the board of directors of Lighting Science Group Corp.

Before that, he was a managing director and board member of Giuliani Capital Advisors and senior managing director and board member of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

Warshauer earned his MBA from New York University and his bachelor's degree from Bucknell University. He is a member of the AICPA, the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute, where he is a member of the board.

Kroll Zolfo Cooper is the North American corporate advisory and restructuring division of consulting company Kroll, which is an operating unit of Marsh & McLennan Cos.
