Schultze Master Fund decreases stake in Krispy Kreme

Philadelphia, Oct. 24 - Schultze Master Fund decreased its holding in Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. to 5.5% as of Oct. 17, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In the filing, Schultze reported owning 3,741,903 shares.

It previously reported a passive stake of 7.7%, or an investment of 5,056,503 shares, on July 11, 2008, according to an earlier SC 13G/A filing.

That stake was a increase in the holding that it reported as of July 1, 2008, which was 3,804,604 shares, or a 5.8% passive stake, according to an SC 13G filing.

Krispy Kreme is a Winston-Salem, N.C.-based branded specialty retailer of doughnuts.
