Krispy Kreme expects to repay $5 million of term debt in fiscal 3Q08

New York, Sept. 6 - Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. expects to prepay about $5 million of its term loan in the third quarter of fiscal 2008 in order to continue to comply with the financial covenants, according to a 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.

Krispy Kreme is a Winston-Salem, N.C.-based branded specialty retailer of doughnuts.
