KrisEnergy receives notice of default and acceleration for 2024 notes

Chicago, June 29 – KrisEnergy Ltd. received a notice of default and acceleration from DBS Trustee Ltd. regarding its S$139,464,848 principal amount of zero-coupon notes due 2024, according to an announcement.

The trustee has said that the notes are immediately repayable and that all unpaid principal and interest on the notes is immediately due and payable.

KrisEnergy is a Jakarta, Indonesia-based oil and gas company.
