Germany's KraussMaffei to start roadshow Wednesday for €325 million eight-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., Dec. 4 - KraussMaffei AG plans to start a roadshow on Wednesday for a €325 million offering of eight-year senior secured notes (expected ratings B2/B-), according to a market source.

The roadshow wraps up on Dec. 10.

Joint bookrunner Credit Suisse will bill and deliver. Barclays and RBC are also joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with three years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the acquisition of KraussMaffei by Onex Corp.

The Munich, Germany-based company manufactures machinery and systems for the processing of plastics and rubber.
