Moody’s raises Kratos Defense to B2

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the ratings of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., including the corporate family and senior secured ratings to B2 from B3.

The outlook is stable.

Moody’s said the upgrade reflects Kratos' improved business profile and prospects with the recent award of several aerial target vehicle contracts. The company's profit and cash flow are expected to expand across 2018-2019, materially improving credit metrics and financial capacity.
