Kratos Defense downsizes with new $90 million five-year revolver

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 20 – Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. entered into a new $90 million five-year revolving line of credit with SunTrust Bank as lead arranger, replacing its $110 million revolver, according to a press release.
The new revolver has reduced borrowing rates of Libor plus 200 basis points to 250 bps.
Kratos is a national security solutions provider based in San Diego.
