Moody's: Kratos unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc.'s B3 corporate family rating is unaffected by the merger agreement and tender offer to acquire the stock of Herley Industries, Inc.

The progress that Kratos is making toward margin improvement could eventually boost internal cash flow, reduce dependence on debt for growth and help lower leverage, Moody's said.
