Moody's: Kratos unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc.'s B3 corporate family rating is unaffected by its plans to acquire Henry Bros. Electronics, Inc. for $45 million and to issue $24 million of primary equity.

The agency said it sees the financial strategy concerns offsetting some potential for favorable developments in the credit metrics.
