Moody's rates Kraton Polymers loans B1

Moody's Investors Service assigned a B1 rating to Kraton Polymers LLC's new amended senior secured $75 million revolving credit facility that matures in 2011.

Kraton's corporate family rating of B1 and all its existing ratings were affirmed.

The amendment increases the revolving commitments under the revolving credit facility to $75 million from $60 million. The rating assigned to the revolving credit facility prior to the amendment will be withdrawn upon the effectiveness of the amended revolving credit facility.

The outlook remains stable.
