Moody's: Kraft Foods view positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Baa2 long-term senior unsecured debt ratings of Kraft Foods Inc. and revised the outlook to positive from developing.

Moody's said the outlook revision reflects its belief that following the pending spin-off of its Kraft Foods Group, Inc. grocery subsidiary, the remaining global snacks business will have a somewhat stronger credit profile than Kraft does currently.
