India’s Kotak board to mull private placement of debentures at meeting

Chicago, April 22 – Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it is proposing to issue debentures in a private placement.

The notes placement will be considered at a board of directors’ meeting to be held April 27, according to a notice.

The bank is based in Mumbai.
