Fitch affirms Koszalin

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the Polish City of Koszalin's national long-term rating at BBB-(pol) with a stable outlook.

The rating reflects the city's growing operating revenue, improved operating performance and currently moderate direct debt and indirect risk with satisfactory debt protection ratios, the agency said.

The rating considers the expected increase of indirect risk stemming from a planned public/private aqua park project and expected pressure on operating performance, the agency noted.
