Amtel-Vredestein to sell €100 million of credit-linked notes

New York, Feb. 3 - Amtel-Vredestein Group plans to sell €100 million of credit-linked notes during the first quarter of this year.

The issue will carry a four-year tenor with a two-year put option.

Proceeds will be used to finance the company's retail expansion and to refinance debt.

The lead manager for the offering is Alfa-Bank.

Amtel-Vredestein Group is a manufacturer of tires in Europe. Operational facilities are located in Russia and Holland.
